Roto Molded Plastic Rolling Luggage Trolley Case

The company wanted a manufacturing process,  which could allow them process a rugged  case for the easy storage of the electronic sensitive instrument in transit. It requires waterproof,anti corrosion and shockproof construction.  After doing research on line, they selected Light Venus as partner to design and manufacturer their new product by the roto molding process.

The customers provides the basic sketches. The engineering converted their design concept into 3D drawing quickly.  The design and engineering team closely controlled the design for manufacturing (DFM) process so that all functional requirements can be met properly. Once the design was confirmed, the next is to cut the tooling. In the production, the quality control process is very detailed.
