Manufacturing process

Plastic lampshades are formed especially from the excelsior rotomoding process, a process also called rotational molding, or rotational casting, which is a thermoplastic processing method for producing hollow parts, from the most simple to the very complex shape. This manufacturing process offer highly flexibility in design, making lighting fun and funky or sleek and sophisticated. The tooling cost is relatively inexpensive.

Material

Made of UV stabilized HDPE, a light-weight Eco friendly material that is also shock-resistant and weather-proof, the rotomolding plastic lamp shades are durable.
